1. Risk-Free Trial Period

We offer a 7-day initial trial period for all new business accounts. No credit card is required to initiate this trial. This period allows institutional operators to verify the normalization engine's efficacy before committing to a paid tier.

2. B2B Billing Standards

In accordance with standard B2B SaaS practices, once a billing cycle has commenced, no partial or full refunds will be issued for that period. All payments are final and non-refundable.

3. High-Priority Uptime Credit

Uptime Exception: Should the Kostiak Green intelligence hub experience a continuous outage exceeding forty-eight (48) hours, active subscribers may request a proportional service credit to be applied to their next billing cycle.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may initiate cancellation through the dashboard settings at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the conclusion of the current subscription term. Access to all premium intelligence feeds will persist until the term ends.
