14-day free trial, no card required — you are never charged unless you add a payment method and choose a plan. Cancel anytime, no future charges.

This document was prepared to support launch of the Kostiak Green platform and is not a substitute for legal advice from a licensed attorney. Sections marked [BRACKETED] require a decision from the company before this document is considered final.

1. Free trial — you are never charged by surprise

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Platform. No credit card or other payment method is required to start a trial. If you do not add a payment method during your trial, your trial simply ends — you are not charged, and there is no automatic conversion to a paid plan.

2. When billing starts

Billing only begins once you affirmatively add a valid payment method and select a paid plan (Local, Professional, or Corporate). Payments are processed by Paddle.com on our behalf. From that point, your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@kostiak.pro. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately — there are no cancellation fees and no further charges after you cancel. You keep access to paid features through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

4. Refunds for the current billing period

Because you control exactly when your paid subscription starts (it never starts without your action) and can cancel at any time before your next renewal, we do not offer partial or prorated refunds for the unused portion of a current monthly or annual billing period. If you cancel, you simply will not be billed again, and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.

5. Billing errors and exceptional circumstances

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled — email hello@kostiak.pro with your account email and the charge in question. 7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at hello@kostiak.pro so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
